Jenny Urbanski, Business Manager
Jenny was born in Columbus, Ohio. When she was 4, her family relocated to Southern California where she grew up with a pool in her backyard enjoying the endless days of summer swimming for hours with her friends.
Jenny holds a degree in Business with an emphasis in Marketing from San Diego State University. She moved to Raleigh in 2007 with her husband and two daughters. Her interest in the aquatics industry strengthened when her daughters joined swim team at their neighborhood pool. She quickly found herself very involved in pool activities by serving on the board for the pool in addition to volunteering to serve in different roles needed at swim meets.
In her spare time, Jenny enjoys time with her family doing a variety of outdoor activities including camping, kayaking, skiing, hiking and running trails in the woods of beautiful NC.
She is thrilled to call herself “part of the team” of Aquatic Management Group.
Mackenzie Marceau, Marketing and Administrative Manager
Mackenzie is a North Carolina native. Originally from Clayton, she moved to Cary at the age of three where she learned to swim at her neighborhood pool. Growing up, Mackenzie spent time volunteering at the local food bank, participating in triathlons and traveling across the country with her family. Mackenzie graduated from Panther Creek High School in 2011 and worked for Aquatic Management Group as a pool attendant the following summer. She then attended Durham Tech for 2 years. After college, she worked in retail, fitness and as a general manager for a local business for 2 years.
In 2016, Mackenzie accepted the offer to rejoin the Aquatic Management Group team as our Administrative Assistant. In that role she handled the majority of our day-to-day office operations concerning AMG’s customers and staff members. Mackenzie is AMG’s go to team member when it comes to furniture, accounts receivable, pool parties, and social media. In the summer of 2018, Mackenzie was promoted to our Marketing and Administrative Manager. She currently handles all of AMG’s social media along with everything she previously handled as the Administrative Assistant.
When Mackenzie isn’t at work, she loves to hang out with her family, friends, and especially her fiancé, Matthew.
Sarah Bilger, Accounting Manager
Sarah was born in Andover, Massachusetts. When she was 18 her family relocated to Cape Cod Massachusetts where she not only had a swimming pool in her back yard, but also the ocean at her beck and call. Many a day was spent enjoying the beaches of Cape Cod and swimming at her house.
Sarah has been working in Accounting for over 20 years and is working to become a QuickBooks Certified Pro. She handles all of the Accounting here at Aquatic Management Group such as Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and Payroll as well as always offering a helping hand when and where needed. She and her husband George moved to Raleigh in 2000 where they started their own family. Sarah has two children who are very involved in all outdoor activities, especially swimming. Over the years, she has quickly found that as her children grow and become avid swimmers, that her interest in the aquatic industry has grown.
In her spare time, Sarah enjoys spending time with her husband and her children as well as NC friends that have now become family. She is very involved in PTA and her children’s activities and loves to read. Weekends to the beach are frequent as well as summer days and nights at the pool.
Sarah is excited every day about her position and loves being a part of the Aquatic Management Group Team!
Cyndi Catella, Swim Retail Manager
Cyndi grew up in Lewistown, Pennsylvania where swimming in the nearby river and lakes were the norm. Upon graduating college, she specialized as a Radiology Technologist in Washington, DC where she also met her husband. After several moves across the country, they started a family and finally relocated to Apex, NC. With a neighborhood pool and Jordan lake close by, her two children became avid swimmers starting in neighborhood swim team, then swimming on a year-round swim team, high school team and finally college swimming. Enjoying her children’s swimming passion, she became involved with the retail aspect of swimming where she could keep up to date with the latest in swimming trends. She enjoys finding the right products for every type of swimmer and being able to help serve the swimming community from the child who is learning to swim to the master swimmer.
