Book a proctored Testing Date

Attending the CPO Proctored Testing Session:

In order to be eligible to attend the Proctored Testing Session, you must have completed the Pool Operator Primer online training OR Pool Operator Primer in-person course, you have become familiar with the CPO Participant Manual, and you have completed the homework.

During the Proctored Testing session, you will review the homework, go over any questions you have about the material and take the CPO Written Exam.  

When attending the Proctored Testing Session, bring the following items:

  1. Photo Identification - REQUIRED - You may be asked to show this over the zoom call.

  2. Printed Pool Operator Primer Record of Completion - REQUIRED (For current NSPF CPOs bring a copy of your current CPO certificate to take the exam for re-certification). This also needs to be submitted via the online form, however, in order to have access to this booking page, you would’ve already done this digital submission.

  3. CPO Participant Manual, Homework and Notes - all of these items can be referenced when taking the exam - it is essential in order to pass the exam. HAVE THEM WITH YOU!

  4. Simple Calculator - Use of cell phones and programmable calculators are NOT permitted when taking the CPO Exam.

Due to COVID-19, THIS PROCTORED EXAM IS HELD OVER ZOOM! It is done digitally - not at our main office.

All participants will mute their microphones during the exam. If you are unable to do this you will be asked to leave the session in order to keep from disturbing others while the testing is taking place.

If you have questions during the exam, you will have the option to chat with the instructor over Zoom. Please note that everyone is able to see the chat occurring.
