Pool Attendant
Job Description
Safety is at the heart of what we do, and we're excited to bring new team members to our attendant team. Applicants must be 18 years of age or older and be willing to acquire an American Red Cross First Aid/AED/CPR certification, or present a valid certification from an Aquatic Management Group accredited provider.
Responsibilities:
Monitor and Supervise: Monitor pool activities to prevent accidents and ensure the safety of all patrons.
Enforce Rules: Enforce pool rules and regulations to create a secure and orderly environment.
Emergency Response: Respond promptly to emergency situations, administer first aid
Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by addressing patron inquiries and concerns professionally.
Cleaning and Maintenance: Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and orderliness of the pool area.
Water Chemistry: Accurately Test, Balance, and Record Water Chemistry
Training: Attend and participate in required training sessions and drills.
Other tasks as deemed appropriate by Pool Manager, Facility Supervisor, or Area Director
Snack Bar Attendant
Job Description
The Snack Bar Attendant is a great first job experience! You only have to be 14 years of age to work in this position and it is a great starting point while waiting to turn 15 and become a lifeguard. All Aquatic Management Group Snack Bar Attendants are required to obtain a First Aid/CPR/AED Certification.
Responsibilities:
Greets customers and takes food orders and provides information about items on the menu
Operates cash register and receives payment from a customer in cash and accurately counts and provides change to customers as required
Cleans and stocks snack bar
Ensures proper food handling procedures are followed including wrapping, labeling, dating, stocking, storing, rotating and checking the temperature of products
Behave in a professional and ethical manner at all times
