Party at the pool
AMG POOL PARTY TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Aquatic Management Group requires a fourteen (14) day notice and a facility specific Non-Refundable Administrative Fee when submitting a pool party request form. A request does not confirm that the party can take place. The pool party request form merely requests the scheduling of lifeguards that Aquatic Management Group will staff for your party.
As the host, you will be required to give Aquatic Management Group the highest number of guests you are anticipating when completing the request form. Once that number is set, it cannot be increased as that is the number we are hiring extra guards for. However, due to weather and people not being able to attend, you are always welcome to decrease the number of guests and we can cut back on the number of extra guards needed. Final Lifeguard Fees are not due until 3 business days before the event along with a final headcount. If AMG does not receive the final lifeguard fee payment in the time requested, AMG will cancel your pool party.
The number of lifeguards required is based on the number of people attending (people walking through the pool gate), NOT the number of swimmers. We are there to keep everyone inside the pool gate safe, not just the people swimming. Accidents can happen outside of the water as well.
There is a fee for extra lifeguard coverage for pool parties. *RATE VARIES BY POOL- options below*. A minimum of two (2) lifeguards/ hour is required for after-hours parties. After-hour parties are not guaranteed. It is dependent on your facility's rules. If your party is approved, you will then be charged for the required lifeguards.
Please contact your club management, HOA, or property manager to inquire about reserving the date, facility, and any other subsequent security deposits and/or reservation charges. Reservations of specific areas of the pool for parties are facility-specific.
Chaperones are required for all parties for attendees under the age of 21. Aquatic Management Group requires one chaperone over the age of 25 for every 15 guests under the age of 21. Not all facilities allow reservations. Most are first come first serve.
Alcohol is NOT allowed unless otherwise approved by Aquatic Management Group and your HOA/Club Management.
PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS FORM IS NOT SPECIFIC TO YOUR COMMUNITY.
It is a basic calendar that has major holidays blocked off. We manage multiple communities and do not have a way to have 100+ different schedules in this system. By filling out this form you understand that this is just a request, and not a formal yes for any event, gathering, party, etc. at your community pool or facility. Once filling out this form an AMG representative will contact you regarding the date and time.
