Aquatic Management Group is proud to provide the American Red Cross Lifeguard Training to Team AMG and consulting partners. Lifeguard courses begin each new year and continue through mid-summer. Participants must be 15 years of age and older and meet all attendance and blended learning requirements. This course will prepare Team AMG lifeguards to respond to various aquatic emergencies including first aid, sudden illness or injury, as well as cardiac and breathing emergencies.

That’s okay! You can go ahead and sign up. AMG courses are exclusive to Team AMG, so you’ll need to have a completed interview prior to the first day of in-person skills training.
Course Process

1. Pre-requisite testing
Sign up using the links above to schedule your pre-requisite testing.

2. Blended Learning
Complete your online blended learning following successful completion of your prerequisite swim testing.

3. Skills Session
Attend all in-person skills sessions. Participants must complete blended learning no less than 24 hours prior to the first skills session.

4. Receive and Upload Certification
Upload your certification to Paycom and ensure your onboarding checklist is complete.

Participants with an expired certification for no more than 30 days are eligible to complete a recertification course. Participants with an upcoming expiring certification are also eligible.

Yes! We treat the lifeguard course as an interview, reviewing your ability to work as part of Team AMG.
You will still need to complete your Group Information Session/Interview to be eligible to work.
