the executive team
Braxton Pryce Wilson, CEO and owner
Braxton grew up in Raleigh spending countless hours at the Raleigh Racquet Club and NC State University Club pools during the summer. As a student at Wakefield High School, he played varsity sports including football and tennis. After studying political science at NC State University, Braxton helped create Aquatic Management Group. Starting working from a small kitchen counter, he worked tirelessly with his friend Chris to build AMG into what it is today.
Braxton volunteers his time on several local board of directors. He is also an active member of the Downtown Raleigh Rotary Club, where he is a Lester Woodall Society fellow and a Paul Harris fellow.
Braxton enjoys traveling, golf and competitive bicycle racing during his spare time. He resides in Raleigh with his wife Mary Frances and Teddy, their Scottish terrier.
Christopher CArver, CSO and owner
Christopher grew up in North Raleigh and found his love for swimming pools at a very young age, as a member of the Seven Oaks Swim Club (on Creedmoor Rd.). He joined the swim team and spent several summers at the pool asking the lifeguards questions.
Through his youth he was very involved with the Boy Scouts of America, and just before obtaining his Eagle Scout Rank, he obtained his BSA Lifeguard. In the summer of 2000, at the age of 15, he went to work on the Aquatics Staff at Camp Raven Knob, a boy scout camp in the foot hills of North Carolina. He worked at Camp Raven Knob for four summers instructing merit badges like swimming, and lifesaving.
Chris went on to manage the Brier Creek Country Club pool for three summers while attending NC State University before starting Aquatic Management Group.
Chris lives in North Raleigh with his wife Teresa and their 4 children. He enjoys spending time with his family and searching for the elusive NC record bass in his spare time.

MACKENZIE CHURCH, BUSINESS MANAGER
Mackenzie is a North Carolina native. Growing up in Cary, she learned to swim at her neighborhood pool. Through her youth, Mackenzie spent time volunteering at the local food bank, participating in triathlons, and traveling across the country with her family. Mackenzie graduated from High School and worked for Aquatic Management Group as a pool attendant the following summer. After college, she worked in retail, fitness, and as a general manager for a local business for 2 years.
In 2016, Mackenzie accepted the offer to rejoin the Aquatic Management Group team as our Administrative Assistant. In that role, she handled the majority of our day-to-day office operations concerning AMG’s customers and staff members. In the summer of 2018, as AMG continued to grow, Mackenzie was promoted to Marketing and Administrative Manager. She oversaw our newest Administrative Assistant and summer interns and was responsible for our social media presence.
Over time Mackenzie continued to lead the AMG team into a consistently positive direction. She has been involved in numerous departments here at AMG. Mackenzie has managed the furniture division, managed the pool party division, maintains our entire AMG fleet of vehicles, built and continues to maintain our AMG website, and oversees seasonal manager coordination. Due to her outstanding ability to multi-task while consistently ensuring the safety and well being of our customers and staff, Mackenzie was promoted to the role of AMG’s Business Manager in August of 2020.
When Mackenzie isn’t at work, she loves to hang out with her family, friends, and especially her husband, Matthew.
