Aquatics Managers are the heart of a lifeguard or attendant team. They handle day-to-day management of the facility which may include, facility maintenance, monitor swimming area, scheduling staff, oversee staff behavior, oversee Snack Bar/Poolside Cafe staff, event coordination, maintain exceptional relationships with members, communicate effectively with Area Director and complete daily Certified Pool Operator checks of the pool(s).
