What are the requirements for employment with AMG?

All Aquatic Management Group employees must have a good attitude, willingness to learn and adapt in new and sometimes stressful situations.

All Aquatic Management Group employees must have a completed employee packet which includes, but not limited to: W-4, NC-4, Seasonal Employment Pay Contract, I-9, two valid and current forms of ID, Medical Waiver, and copies of valid and current required certifications. All of these documents are provided to you prior to your interview.

All Aquatic Management Group employees must have at least the required certifications for their hired position.

 

Where do I purchase a Uniform?

All uniforms are AVAILABLE for purchase online. Employees can purchase uniforms after their interviews.

Aquatic Management Group also opens for 2 Saturdays in late April as an open house. This is an opportunity to turn in any employee paperwork that you still have outstanding and pick-up a uniform.

 

What happens if I have issues clocking in and out?

Who is my Supervisor?

Each pool has a log book, in the very front of all log books, there is a contact sheet with your supervisors information on it. You will also find emergency contact phone numbers and email addresses for other inquires.

 

When and How do we get paid?

Payroll starts on a Saturday and ends that second Friday to include 14 days in each payroll. Employees are paid bi-weekly. Each pool has a log book with the Payroll Calendar included. As a company, to protect our employees CONFIDENTIAL information and ELIMINATE mail fraud, Aquatic Management Group does not mail paychecks. If you are not enrolled in direct deposit, you will be able to pick-up your paycheck every payday from our main office.

 

What is Direct Deposit?

In order to enroll in Direct Deposit, you will need to obtain a Direct Deposit form from your bank. This form will include your ROUTING and ACCOUNTING NUMBER. In order to prevent payment errors, the form must have your banks letterhead. We do not accept hand written Direct Deposit Forms.
