Next Steps: lifeguard
STEP ONE: Complete onboarding paperwork before your scheduled onboarding appointment
Prior to your on-site training, it is required that all Paycom paperwork is completed, including your I-9 appointment (Onboarding Appointment). You have not secured your spot on your facility team until all paperwork is complete. You can even pick up your uniform when you verify your I-9, all in one trip.
Your facility manager will reach out to you to schedule on-site training with your facility team. If you have not completed paperwork, they won’t be able to contact you.
Paycom! Paycom! Paycom! (Sensing a theme?)
STEP TWO: Let’s get certified!
Our first and foremost core value is Safety; it’s the heart of what we do. Schedule your American Red Cross Lifeguarding Course as soon as possible to ensure work eligibility!
We treat our training as a continuation of our interview process.
STEP THREE: Attend your “More than a promise” (MTAP) Training
When your manager or supervisor reaches out to you, let them know you’ve seen the email or message! On-site training is mandatory for work eligibility.
When: Your manager will reach out approximately 2 weeks prior to your pools opening date with lots of information, read it carefully and make sure to follow all instructions.
