Please note that classes are only available to Team AMG. All online coursework must be completed prior to attending the in-person skills and testing session to ensure you have adequately reviewed all of the course material.

Frequently Asked Recertification Questions:

  • That's okay! You are still eligible for a recertification as long as your certification has expired by no more than 30 days.  Exceptions can be made.  If your certification has been expired for more than 30 days, please reach out to us mgabrielle@aquaticmanagementgroup.com

  • Aquatic Management Group is committed to making sure you earn more with us than any other pool management company; that’s why we don’t offer “free courses with reimbursement” with complicated, ultra-restrictive policies that don’t apply to all our staff. To keep things simple, we offer the best pay to you and charge you for our fees to the American Red Cross and the cost to pay our instructors. That’s how AMG employees earn more, and we keep things easy for you. It’s all part of our commitment to provide a superior staff culture.

  • Yes, there is required blended learning! We want to make sure you fully understand the material, so blended learning is required prior to your in person recertification date.
